Perfect for couples who need minimal assistance on their big day! This package focuses on ensuring the ceremony through the send-off run smoothly, with events staying on schedule and flawlessly executed.

Event Support: 1 coordinator for 6 hours ​(arrive 1 hour before ceremony and stay until send-off).

Prep Meetings: 1 meeting + unlimited phone and email support.
​Included Services: Half-day coordination, ensuring a smooth ceremony all the way through the send-off.

Silver Package | $650
Our most popular package! Full day-of coordination with added support for set-up, breakdown, timeline creation, and vendor management to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly.

Event Support: 1 coordinator for 9 hours (arrive 3-4 hours before ceremony and stay until clean-up).

Prep Meetings: 2 meetings ​+ unlimited phone and email support.
​Included Services: Timeline creation, vendor communication and coordination, decor only setup*, full-day event management, and break-down assistance*.
*Set-Up and Breakdown include: general decor setup, such as a guest book, memory table, picture frames, table numbers, centerpieces, gift table, signage, and favors (e.g., koozies, glow sticks).

Gold Package | $800
The ultimate coordination package! Includes rehearsal and full event day support with complete FULL set-up*, timeline creation, vendor coordination, and breakdown, ensuring your wedding day is flawless from start to finish.

Event Support: 1 coordinator for 10 hours + rehearsal coordination ​(1 hour of rehearsal practice + arrive 3-4 hours before ceremony and stay until clean-up).

Prep Meetings: 2 meetings + unlimited phone and email support.
​Included Services: Rehearsal coordination, timeline creation, vendor communication and coordination, full set-up*, layout coordination, full-day event management, and break-down assistance*.
*Set-Up and Breakdown include: larger-scale decor, such as setting up tables, chairs, linens, photo booths, table place settings, and both indoor and outdoor furniture or seating arrangements.

Additional Fees May Apply If:
Venue Requires a Room Flip: A fee will be assessed based on the type/complexity of the room flip required. (A room flip is when we quickly transform the ceremony space into the reception setup).
(Ex: After the ceremony, we move chairs to dining tables, adds linens, and decor, while guests enjoy cocktails in another location.)
Extensive Set-Up and Breakdown: A small fee may apply if the event requires extensive set-up/breakdown.
(Applies to unique or extensive decor/layouts. Examples include: hundreds of glass vases, lounge areas, intricate table settings, multiple self-serve stations (e.g., bourbon bars, drink walls), or other non-standard setups.)

Guest Count Exceeds 300: An additional fee of $150 will apply to secure a second assistant for the event.
